About Theron Ahlman

Theron is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nebraska and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He earned a degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska, was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and has lived in Nebraska his entire life. 

 

He is co-owner of Avid Realty and has over 25 years of experience helping clients and families meet their specific needs. He enjoys taking his marketing side and utilizing social media to help market your home like nobody else, and with his following on various social media platforms you know it will be blasted out everywhere. Theron personally built his own custom home, and is happy to share that experience with others while guiding them through the process to make it as smooth as possible. Whether you are buying or selling a property, you can feel confident that Theron has your unique interests at heart. He is eager to help find what is best for you at the best price. 

 

Theron is motivated by his deep love for people. He has coached youth sports teams, is active on various boards and committees, and was a volunteer with the Raymond Fire & Rescue Department. Theron also helped found NeFigure8n, which promotes figure 8 racing in county fairs throughout Nebraska. 

 

Theron is married to Brooke, and they have two children, Brystal and Gage. Brooke is a native of Pierce, NE, and she grew up on her family’s farm. The Ahlman family enjoys camping, racing, going to theme parks, and spending quality time with friends.
