About Theron Ahlman

He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nebraska and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He earned a degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska, was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and has lived in Nebraska his entire life. 

 

Theron is an owner of Avid Realty and has over 25 years of experience helping clients and families meet their specific needs. He personally built his own custom home and is excited to share that experience with others while guiding them through the process. Theron is motivated by his deep love for people. He has coached youth sports teams, is active on various boards and committees, and was a volunteer with the Raymond Fire & Rescue Department. Theron also helped found NeFigure8n, which promotes figure 8 racing in county fairs throughout Nebraska. 

 

Theron is married to Brooke, and they have two children, Brystal and Gage. Brooke is a native of Pierce, NE, and she grew up on her family’s farm. The Ahlman family enjoys camping, cage-kart racing, and spending quality time with friends.
