Born and raised in Montana, Laci Pebley grew up in the small town of Richey before attending Rocky Mountain College in Billings. After college, she made her way to Nebraska, where she started a family and began building what would become years of hands-on experience in real estate.
Long before becoming a licensed real estate professional, Laci was actively involved in growing and managing her family’s rental property business while also gaining firsthand experience buying, selling, developing, and building homes of her own. Her real estate journey has taken her from owning a condo in downtown Omaha, to acreage living, to purchasing farmland and building a custom home, and now to life in a newer development in Ceresco. Those experiences have given her a unique appreciation for the many different ways a house can become a home—and for how personal every real estate decision truly is.
At the heart of Laci’s career has always been a passion for helping people. She spent 15 years as a first-grade teacher, first with Wahoo Public Schools and later with Raymond Central Public Schools. After stepping away from education and the family rental business, Laci spent five years in remote high-ticket sales. There, she discovered just how much she enjoyed connecting with people, understanding what mattered most to them, and helping them confidently navigate important decisions.
Real estate became the natural next chapter—bringing together her experience with property, her background in sales, and, most importantly, her desire to serve people on a personal level. Laci believes buying or selling a home should never feel like just another transaction. Her goal is to listen, communicate honestly, advocate for her clients, and provide the guidance they need to make decisions that are right for themselves and their families. She values the opportunity to work face-to-face with her clients and build relationships that continue long after closing day.
When Laci isn’t helping clients buy or sell homes, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her longtime partner, Josh, and her three children, Aviana, Cartwright, and Jaxston. Some of their favorite days are spent boating at Fort Randall Dam, watching “nap-car” (better known as NASCAR), watching the kids play sports, or cheering Josh on at the dirt track.
Whether you’re purchasing your first home, searching for an investment property, selling a home filled with memories, or finally looking for your dream home, Laci brings honesty, integrity, strong communication, and genuine care to every step of the process.
For Laci, real estate isn’t simply about buying and selling property—it’s about helping people confidently move into the next chapter of their lives.
